We focus on application-layer AI where defensibility and real business value are strongest. We will not chase overfunded foundational model labs competing in capital-intensive arms races, or “hype-driven” interface-first co-pilot apps lacking defensibility.
Instead, our AI investments strictly fall into three distinct areas:

Agents built for specific sectors (ERP, EHR, banking, logistics) that automate end-to-end workflows. In regions with legacy systems and labor-heavy processes, these tools cut OpEx and generate proprietary data advantages.

Functional-Specific AI
Automation for core corporate functions — finance, security, DevOps, compliance, and CX — where reliability and controls matter more than novelty.

AI Tooling & Infrastructure
The rails behind every agent — data pipelines, evaluation/observability layers, policy guardrails, and deployment orchestration. Especially vital in hybrid, bandwidth-limited emerging markets.
Together, these categories represent the foundation of a defensible AI strategy: solving urgent, high-value problems in ways that generic models cannot, while also owning the infrastructure that supports long-term adoption and growth. Our thesis is to sidestep speculative froth and concentrate on the layers and verticals where impact is measurable, and adoption is already real.
